  • Legally able to work in NZ

  • Full driver’s license
  • Good and accurate typing skills
  • Great telephone manner

Tasks & responsibilities

  • We are looking for a customer focused Business Coordinator to work to support our team with various tasks, to be exceedingly well organised, systematic, flexible and willing to take on new challenges for our growing company.
  • The ideal candidate will be familiar with business administration, communications, will be experienced in handling a wide range of business and support related tasks and will be able to work independently with little supervision.
  • Strong customer focus with outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work independently, prioritise, multi-task and detail oriented
  • Excellent organisation and leadership skills. Systematic followup of enquiries is essential.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of standard office applications as you will be using our ERP to convert from CRM to quotes.
  • Comfortable with responsibility for key tasks
  • Residential building admin experience preferable.
  • Promote a high attention to safety, quality and productivity

Factory Assistant

Factory Assistant

We are seeking a Full time Factory Assistant to join our production Team.

> Physically Fit - Heavy lifting 

> Fast paced environment 

> Must be reliable

> Hours of operation Mon to Fri 8:00am to 4:30pm some Saturdays may be required


QuickBuild Homes is Kit-set home Manufacturer based in Feilding. We pride ourselves in being able to provide New Zealand with Warm, Affordable, and Strong homes that can be built in under 6 weeks. We include everything from piles to carpets, kitchens, bathrooms and so on. 

We are constantly moving forward and would love an enthusiastic, motivated person to be a part of what we do.

You will be reporting to the Factory Manager.

We are on the lookout for a Factory Assistant  with a keen eye for a detail and a mature work ethic to join our Team. 

The position includes the manufacturing and cutting of structurally insulated panels assisting with general warehouse duties such as picking and checking inventory and preparation of items for dispatch. 

Some key elements to this role are a great eye for detail, a keen focus and production orientated. 

This is a physically demanding role with heavy lifting in a fast paced environment. Some Weekend and overtime work may on occasion be required.

 

You will need to have the following skills and attributes:

> A keen eye for detail.Positive attitude and sound personal attributes. Ability to remain focused during repetitive tasks.

> Working with a range of power tools, experience not necessary as training will be provided. A full NZ drivers license.

> A forklift license is preferable but not essential. Reliable transport.

MUST be competent with a tape measure


Compliance with company’s SOP’s and health and safety procedures.

Architectural Designer. Part time.



We are on the lookout for an experienced and qualified architectural designer with their own computer and legal copy of Archicad 23 to work with our team on a contract basis.


The work will be working remotely from home and not on company premises.



This position is a contract one and you will be paid for the number of hours that we can bill our clients.

Realme, Alpha and Simpli logins essential.
